All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

During peak periods, promotional events, market weekends, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you via email.

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier partners.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

From time to time, Wanderlust Co. may offer promotional free shipping offers, which will be clearly advertised on our website and social media channels.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where applicable).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.

 

Packaging

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

We aim to use:

  • Recyclable packaging materials
  • Minimal plastic packaging wherever possible
  • Protective materials that safely secure our glass products during transit

Our eco planters are carefully packed to help ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where appropriate.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Wanderlust Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier network disruptions
  • Severe weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Wanderlust Co. cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned and requires re-dispatch.

 

Local Market Collection

For customers visiting our market stalls, selected orders may be available for collection by prior arrangement.

You can usually find us at:

  • Saturdays – West End Markets
  • Sundays – Milton Markets
