Refund policy
At Wanderlust Co., we take pride in creating and sourcing quality products designed to bring sustainable greenery into your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected.
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch; however, due to the fragile nature of glass products, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- Include your order number and contact details.
Upon assessment, we will arrange either:
- A replacement item; or
- A full refund; or
- Store credit
at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a product that:
- Is faulty or defective.
- Is significantly different from its description.
- Is not of acceptable quality.
- Does not perform as intended.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Live Plants
Where live plants are purchased from our market stalls or special events:
- All sales of live plants are final.
- Refunds or exchanges are not available for plant deterioration due to environmental conditions, incorrect care, or neglect after purchase.
- If a plant is supplied in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with photographs for assessment.
Custom, Personalised & Clearance Items
The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:
- Custom or personalised products.
- Made-to-order items.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Wanderlust Co. cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
